The rose-colored Hotel Baudy is located few steps away the Foundation Claude Monet. On sunny days, difficult to choose between the shady terrace overlooking the fields and the bistro room 1900. It serves hot and cold copious salads (15-17 euros) and 28,60 euros menu. We also relish a slice of local history: in this inn dating from 1890 sojourned American painters came to get inspired by the Impressionist master Monet. This hotel gradually became an artistic meeting. French Impressionist artists such as Auguste Rodin, Alfred Sisley, Camille Pissarro also stayed there. Nowadays, the Hôtel Baudy is only a restaurant where we can enjoy a traditional French cuisine.
